Order Process Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Managing MNO USIM/MIM product order process (&delivery schedule)
• Handling MNO/SP sensitive data for each order
• Assist MNO pre-validation process before commercial delivery
• Product list (NFC, contact card, MIM) management with Sales, CS, TC. (available product list updates, regular meeting)
• Closely communicate with customer
• Supporting TC for profile development, validation, and communication
• Managing certificate renewal (local SP) process

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree(or graduate-to-be), major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer or in related areas
• Self-motivated attitude.
• 0~2 years technical experience in Smart Card or Telecom service
• Fresh graduates with excellent achievements are welcomed to apply.
• Mature in Personality
• Team player; working with other as a team
• Candidates possessing below skills will be preferred:
• ISO 7816
• Global platform, 3GPP, ETSI
• JAVA/ C++
• NFC, contactless payment
