Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant (For Philippine Residents ONLY)

Main Responsibilities:

The AP Administrative Assistant works with a team under the Finance Shared Services, that is primarily responsible for:

  • Importing PDF invoices into Kofax or PINS system
  • Scanning of documents into electronic (PDF) format
  • Updating of invoice statistics report on a regular basis
  • File, classify and archive documents
  • Monitoring of updates in Kofax or PINS system
  • Coordinates/ escalates and resolves issues that impact the operations with the help of the management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and in support to AP Team’s overall tasks

Required Profile:

  • University degree in Finance, Administration or equivalent
  • Working experience as administrative assistant, in scanning of invoices and data entry for accounts payable
  • Computer knowledge required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), and understanding of Portable Document Format (PDF) and Kofax platform
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
