PURPOSE OF THIS RFP

Oxfam is planning to understand the shifts in protection needs in a more comprehensive way. On top of that, there is a clear need to better understand how actors respond to these shifts in vulnerability and to map out tailored interventions to address protection needs. All this should be done taking all different needs into account as well as context related factors, including the ongoing deterioration of the socio-economic situation, this will be achieved by conducting a research then write a research report with specific targeted recommendations examining the linkages between the shifting protection needs resulting from shifting vulnerabilities and how transformative protection approaches could address them through social protection shock responsive schemes within the informal (humanitarian) sector, Oxfam invites your submission of proposals to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for the mentioned services as per the conditions and requirements detailed in this Request For Proposal (RFP).

The deadline for submission of proposals is 21th December 2022 at 13:00 PM upon conditions in the RFP dossier.

Proposals shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without coping any other email addresses. Any proposals sent through other channels will not be considered.

Proposal shall be sent in 2 separate files – PDF format – (one for Technical Proposal and one for Price Proposal).

Email subject must contain the following reference: OXFAM – 22 / 153 / OPTI / GAZA

All documents shall be submitted in English
