pROPOSITO DEL PUESTO

The Regional Business & System Analyst will be in charge of supporting (maintaining operation, supporting updates, providing training, etc.) the set of regional systems & platforms for Business Development & Communications. These include but may not be limited to:

  • Donor Dragon: online regional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) from Microsoft Dynamics for the life cycle management of both individual donors and corporate partners;
  • Grants Garden: online regional database for grant management focused on opportunity identification, project formulation and grant compliance;
  • Fundraising Forest: online regional knowledgebase and customer service desk where information on Business Development & Communications is stored and made available for end user in fundraising pills (knowledge capsules that can be consumed in maximum 10 minutes) and that serve capacity building purposes.

The priority order of importance of the systems is:

  1. Donor Dragon;
  2. Grants Garden;
  3. Fundraising Forest

DIMENSIÓN DEL ROL

  • Providing end user training solutions for the Business Development & Communications systems;
  • Coordinating all required actions and the full process for system updates, country requirements, etc.;
  • Manage confidential data: contracts, licenses, databases and account data;
  • Department affected by non compliance of this role: Business Development & Communications (Regional Hub & Country Offices), Finance (Country Offices) , ICT (Regional Hub), Communications (Regional Hub & Country Offices), Country Management Teams, Country Direction, Sub regional Direction, Global Fundraising Hub, Shared Service Centers.

responsaBILIDADES

  • Support the planning, coordination & control of activities in relation to the continuous operation of Business Development & Communications systems;
  • Coordinate & follow-up with internal customers and with system providers on pending issues like system failures, system updates, new system requirements, etc.;
  • Document relevant system manuals both for end-customers and system administrators;
  • Provide system training solutions when needed;
  • Support Country Offices & Shared Service Centers in the use of the Business Development & Communications systems;
  • Lead on communication with system providers, internal departments like IT, Country Offices, Shared Service Centers, etc.
  • Managing access rights to Business Development & Communications systems in coordination with the regional & local IT departments;
  • Guaranteeing that the Business Development & Communications systems are operational;
  • Support to problem-solving doubts and inconveniences that present themselves in the use of the Business Development & Communications systems;
  • Support to detect and analyze opportunities and weaknesses related to the CRM-system;
  • Support to validate functional system requirements related to the Business Development & Communications systems, generated by the Country Offices;
  • Execute any other function assigned to this position.

ACTIVIDADES

  • Manage administration linked to systems (licences, contracts, etc.);
  • Conduct trainings (on site and/or virtual) to assure proper uses of systems on behalf of end-customers;
  • Participate in team and network meetings from Business Development, Communications and any other relevant area;
  • Conduct meetings;
  • Develop training material to provide auto service solution for users (support videos)
  • Manage Service Desk incidents and requirements to provide support, troubleshooting and problem management

Experiencia té cnica, habilidades, conocimientos

  • Finalized studies in business administration, processes, engineering, systems engineering or related studies (technological or university level)
  • At least 2 years of previous experience with systems analyst activities as requirements gathering, database management, system maintenance and business process improvement.
  • Good level of communicational skills to interact with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Spanish and basic English knowledge are required.
