We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to work within our benefit and business solutions team on a permanent basis, based in our London office.

The role

The role will provide technical analysis on all aspects of business change and on-going projects and will support our business analysts, developers and test teams with technical interpretation of change to secure a right first time implementation.

The person

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience within a Business Analyst role within a financial services organisation, including extensive experience in technical analysis methodologies and full change life cycle in big transformation projects. As a subject matter expert you will be writing technical requirements/user stories including the maintenance of technical documentation to enable effective and efficient development, therefore an advanced knowledge of SQL, data security and encryption are essential.

The successful candidate will have effective communication and collaboration skills to enable you to support internal teams in an inclusive way whilst sharing best practice. You will be delivery and quality focused and have the ability to ensure effective prioritisation whilst also having the ability to work collaboratively across the business and externally, providing both technical and non-functional requirements. Knowledge and experience of the pension industry or Asset Management would be a distinct advantage.

• Up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
