We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Test Lead to join our team based in Darlington on a permanent basis.

The role

The Technical Test Lead you will provide generic and technical testing, best practice techniques,

as well as leadership and support within the Benefits Testing team.

The person

The ideal candidate will be experienced within automation and has demonstrable experience of hands on testing that has improved quality and efficiency of testing across a number of different platforms. You will have either lead or supported with developing and embedding a continual improvement programme that has improved the quality and velocity of change.

We are looking for a collaborative and inclusive influential individual who can provide support, training and education to the testing team and wider benefits business solution. You will have the ability to influence positive change in our current practices through effective communication and negotiation skills. You will need to be customer and quality focused, ensuring the end user is in mind at all times especially in relation to solution delivery.

• A competitive salary of up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
